Hi My name is Genah WELCOME to The Belly Dancers Palace.

My Mission Statement is; 

·         To uphold the dignity of the dance. 

·         To share the love of dance with others and make dance fun and exciting for all.

·         To encourage my students to accept who we are as women and come together to share our strengths.

·         To offer the best I can of myself to my students.

·         Continue to learn and grow so I may deliver the above.

 I have been dancing for nine years now and still love every minute of it. Over the years the calling to teach grew stronger and stronger but this was not my initial intention. I just loved to perform and dance but  as this need grew stronger I decided to put myself through a university course an received a Certificate In Dance Teaching in 2004 from QUT Brisbane. 

How did I start to teach, it was by word of mouth. Women knew that I dance and asked if I would teach a group and then the groups slowly grew to the point where it was time to open my own studio. Since then I have met some wonderful people and danced in some magic places. some of these include:

I am also a mother and a wife just a normal person really who enjoys the normal things in life. I have three teenage daughters all of who dance .

I first fell in love with Middle Eastern dance nine years ago quite by accident since then I have studied with some fantastic well respected national and international artists some of which include;
